Delete your Nitta Quiz account

Use this page to request permanent deletion of your Nitta Quiz account. The retention details below explain what is removed and what can remain. You can also request deletion inside the app, under Settings → Account settings → Danger zone.

How to request deletion

  2. 2Enter the 6-digit code we email you, to verify it's really you.
  3. 3Confirm deletion to see the recovery deadline and save a private status receipt.

Verify it's you

Enter the email for your Nitta Quiz account and we'll send a 6-digit code.

What happens to your data

15-day recovery window. To cancel before that date, sign into the Nitta Quiz mobile app and choose Keep my account. Signing in alone does not cancel deletion. Afterward deletion is processed automatically, usually by the next hourly run; delays are possible. Check your receipt for actual completion.

Deleted with your account

  • Your profile — username, short bio, country, and preferences
  • Gameplay history — quizzes played, answers, scores, difficulty, and time spent
  • Your wallet — crowns, gems, and the full transaction history
  • Inventory — owned items and active boosters
  • Streaks, daily check-ins, and streak events
  • Favorite categories
  • Leaderboard standings and weekly crown scores
  • Mission progress

Kept, and for how long

  • Recovery window — 15 days. Account data remains recoverable until the deadline, then awaits automatic deletion. A receipt without account identifiers is retained for 30 days after completion or cancellation.
  • Other retained information. Support messages, feedback and reports, attached images, moderation records, and website release-update signups may remain after account deletion. Uploaded files are handled separately and may also remain. Diagnostic logs and backups may remain with our service providers. These records can contain identifying information and are not covered by the receipt’s 30-day expiry. Contact us about these records using the privacy email below.

To cancel before that date, sign into the Nitta Quiz mobile app and choose Keep my account. Signing in alone does not cancel deletion. For other privacy requests, email privacy@nittaquiz.com.
