Delete your Nitta Quiz account

Nitta Quiz is the trivia game available on Google Play and the App Store. Use this page to permanently delete your Nitta Quiz account and the data associated with it. You can also do this inside the app, under Settings → Account settings → Danger zone.

How to request deletion

  1. 1Enter the email address for your Nitta Quiz account below.
  2. 2Enter the 6-digit code we email you, to verify it's really you.
  3. 3Confirm deletion — we'll show you the exact date your account is permanently removed.

Enter the email for your Nitta Quiz account and we'll send a 6-digit code.

What happens to your data

When you request deletion, your account enters a 15-day recovery window. During those 15 days you can cancel and restore everything by signing back into the Nitta Quiz mobile app. After 15 days the account becomes eligible for permanent deletion and is erased automatically — this cannot be undone.

Permanently deleted

  • Your profile — name, avatar, short bio, country, and preferences
  • Gameplay history — quizzes played, answers, scores, difficulty, and time spent
  • Your wallet — crowns, gems, and the full transaction history
  • Inventory — owned items and active boosters
  • Streaks, daily check-ins, and streak events
  • Favorite categories
  • Leaderboard standings and weekly crown scores
  • Mission progress

Kept, and for how long

  • Recovery window — 15 days. Your account data is held in a recoverable state for 15 days after you request deletion, then permanently erased.
  • Crash diagnostics. Error and crash logs held by our processor (Sentry) are retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.

To cancel a deletion that is already pending, sign into the Nitta Quiz mobile app before the scheduled date. For any other privacy request, email privacy@nittaquiz.com.
